Service Coordinator
Com-Plex Systems Ltd. is an established Electrical and Life Safety service and installation contractor celebrating over 40 years of service in the GTA. We are looking to add an Electrical/Fire Alarm Service Coordinator to our team.
Key Responsibilities
· Receive, process and dispatch electrical and fire alarm related service calls
· Prepare work orders and purchase orders to facilitate the completion of service department work
· Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
· Work closely with service, sales and purchasing to staff ensure seamless operations
· Communicate scheduling requests to clients and contractors
Qualifications
· Post-secondary education in the electrical, fire alarm or business fields
· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· A background in the electrical or fire protection industry is an asset
· Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
· High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality requirements
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
· Positive, can-do, and solutions-focused attitude as well as a strong desire to learn and grow in an in-demand industry

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
