Key Responsibilities:

Execute company MSA, and project contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Place orders in accordance with MSA and company procedures and guidelines.

Track and manage the progress of contract/PO execution, including contract initiation, amendments, extensions, etc.

Coordinate contract execution matters with vendors, clients, or partners, resolving issues and disputes during the contract execution process.

Ensure timely filing and management of contract documents, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the contract filing system.

Prepare contract execution reports, reporting contract execution status and issues to higher management.

Participate in the bidding process, including bidding evaluation, negotiation, etc.

Participate in the development and improvement of the company's contract execution processes and procedures and make improvement suggestions.
Skills Required:

Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with all parties involved.

Familiarity with contract law and contract management processes, with good contract interpretation skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills, able to effectively manage multiple contract execution projects.

Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office, preference given to those proficient in contract management software or systems.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in law, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields.

Prior experience in contract management or related fields is preferred.

3+ years EPC or EPCM experience as Contracts Specialist.

Experienced in contract administration, claims and pre-dispute resolution.

Must understand scheduling and workload prioritization.

Experienced commercial and contractual negotiator.
