Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Aesthetician. This role is ideal for a co-op student seeking to gain practical experience and complete required hours in a professional spa environment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality skincare treatments while delivering exceptional service to our clients, contributing to a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every guest.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, massage
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate product usage through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Assist in sales by promoting skincare products that align with clients' needs.
- Uphold hospitality standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality to enhance the guest experience.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Experience in providing eyelash extensions is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that educate clients on skincare options.
- Sales skills to promote products effectively while meeting client needs.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the workspace.
