Propel your technician and electrician skills to the next level in an industry that never stops growing, the livestock sector. Envirotech Ag Systems by Nebula is currently on the hunt for a skilled Electrical Controls Technician to join our team.
With the support of an electrical and technical department, you will use your technical skills to successfully service Envirotech’s agricultural clients.

The technician will provide technical support and services in the design, development, testing, production and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems for livestock farms.
Working as an Electrical Technician your duties include:
· Assist in the design, development and testing of electrical and electronic components, equipment, and systems.
· Component bench testing, repairs and documentation.
· Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems.
· Electrical control cabinet assembly, testing and design.
· Startup of ventilation, feed, lighting, and egg collection control systems.
· Setup communication networks.
· Support customers thru installation and after installation.
· Will require overnight travel for about 1-2 week a month.
Qualifications
· Inside technical experience within the livestock/agricultural field preferably with livestock equipment such as ventilation, feeding, watering, etc.
· Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and hold a passport or have US visa for crossing into the US.
· No allergies to anything related to livestock such as dander, dust is a must.
· Comfortable with computers, data networking, and PLC programming.
· Ability to work additional hours when required.
· Red Seal journeyman electrician is an asset
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
