Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable K- Days booth attendant to represent our brand at various community events. This role involves engaging with visitors, providing product information, and creating a positive experience for attendees. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively promote our offerings and foster community engagement.
Duties
- Greet event attendees warmly and professionally as they approach the booth
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of our products or services
- Engage visitors through friendly conversation, answering questions, and providing information
- Assist with marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and engaging in outreach activities
- Collect feedback from attendees to help improve future events
- Manage booth setup and breakdown efficiently before and after each event
- Promote brand awareness through active participation in public speaking opportunities when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized booth environment throughout the event
Experience
- Prior food service experience is a plus, especially in customer-facing roles
- Experience in marketing, sales, or public speaking is highly desirable
- Bilingual skills are preferred to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Ability to confidently present information and engage audiences during product demos or public speaking engagements
- Previous experience working at community events or promotional booths is advantageous
