We are seeking a positive, team-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. This role requires a compassionate approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of dental procedures. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with dentists and dental assistants to ensure a positive patient experience and maintain high standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional dental cleanings, complete exams, and radiographs
- Zoom in-office whitening, laser periodontal treatment, digital 3D scanning
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure cleanliness of treatment areas
- Communicate effectively with patients to address concerns and explain treatment plans
Qualifications
- Active certification as a Dental Hygienist in Ontario
- Familiarity with Dentrix an asset but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Scheduling
- Monday-Wednesday, Friday 9am to 5pm
- No weekends
