Job Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Office Administrative Coordinator & Collections Administrator to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. This full-time or part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their administrative and collections skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong computer skills to support daily operations, client interactions, and financial collections. Prior office experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with filing, document organization, and maintaining electronic and physical records
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and providing support via phone and email
- Perform collections activities, including following up on overdue accounts and processing payments using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing schedules, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendar schedules for team members
- Assist with clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and supporting medical or dental office operations if applicable
Experience
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all necessary skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) is highly desirable
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures such as patient scheduling or billing is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent typing speed are essential
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with good customer support skills

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
