Minii Goods is a curated lifestyle store bringing together things we love from Japan and across Asia. We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Sales Associates to join our team and help create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Learn about our products and confidently answer customer questions
- Help customers find products based on their needs and interests
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and updates
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Receive, unpack, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Restock shelves and maintain organized storage areas
- Ensure products are properly priced, labelled, and presented
- Support store opening, closing, and daily setup
- Keep the sales floor, shelves, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
- Help create a visually appealing and enjoyable shopping environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- A deep enthusiasm for the Japanese & Asian products, with a commitment to learning, sharing knowledge, and staying informed on the latest products and trends to better serve customers
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, combined with great communication and interpersonal skill
- Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality
- Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to customer needs and inventory needs change
- Adheres to company policies and maintains compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols
- Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash and transactions accurately
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30lbs for extended periods of time, and ability to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas
- Comfortable using ladders or step stools to climb and access higher shelves or stock
