CoLab is a collaborative design review and issue tracking platform for engineering teams and their supply chains. Think Jira + the Pull Request process, but specifically built into 3D models for Mechanical Engineering teams. Our current focus is helping teams shorten design cycles, eliminate painful manual processes and tools (spreadsheets/slideshows) and catch issues before they become expensive changes. In the future we will become the Atlassian for Manufacturing and set the new standard for engineering collaboration

We are looking for an Integration Developer to own our external API and build major value-adding integrations to CAD, PLM and other existing platforms. This person has displayed a commitment to getting things done, is people-centric and can ultimately help us develop the best collaboration platform for engineers in the world.
Responsibilities:
Develop plugins for desktop and web-based programs to seamlessly integrate CoLab
Leverage and build upon the existing external API
Maintain external API documentation and provide support to the customer success team when needed
Researching, evaluating and contributing to the planning of high level architecture and design decisions
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for speed and scalability
Contributing to company and product vision, ideation and planning.
5+ years of development experience
Experience building integrations
Previous experience building CAD/PLM integrations would be a major asset
Previous experience with HTML, CSS, Python and Javascript would be an asset
Previous experience with test automation or UI testing would be an asset
