We are hiring a Mature Casual / Part-Time Retail Ambassador. We’re a trusted, well-established pet specialty retailer dedicated to helping pet guardians make informed choices that improve their pets’ lives.
What you’ll do:
Greet customers and help identify their needs
Recommend products and explain benefits
Provide exceptional customer service
Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
Maintain product knowledge through training
Merchandise, receive, and stock deliveries
Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
Work independently and as part of a team
You’re a great fit if you:
Love animals and enjoy helping people
Have strong customer service skills
Are comfortable with basic computer use
Can lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
Are outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented
Availability required:
Must be available to work between 9 AM – 8 PM on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. (No guaranteed minimum hours — flexibility is essential.)
