* What You’ll Do:
- Confidently approach and engage every customer
- Recommend multiple styles and drive sales (upselling & cross-selling)
- Stay knowledgeable on products and inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Support team sales goals
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business
* What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18+
- Outgoing, talkative, and confident personality
- Comfortable speaking to and approaching strangers
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Able to stay productive during both slow and busy periods
- Able to work at both Metrotown & Lougheed locations (flexibility is a strong asset)
- Interest in fashion/footwear is a bonus
- Looking for long-term growth
- 4 day MINIMUM availability - including Sunday
