About the Job
Maranello BMW and MINI are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Identify additional maintenance or repair requirements and communicate findings to the Service Advisor.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to obtain required parts and materials.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
- Support and mentor Apprentice Technicians as assigned.
- Participate in manufacturer training and stay current with technical bulletins and product updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Automotive Service Technician Licence (310S).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Licensed Automotive Service Technician preferred.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy and experience with dealership systems considered an asset.
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
