Are you passionate about coaching and looking for a fresh start in one of the most beautiful regions in the country? We’re growing and looking to add dedicated, experienced gymnastics coaches to our team here in the Okanagan!
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re currently hiring for our Compulsory CCP Levels 1–5 and XCEL programs, with growth into upper-level coaching. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, team-oriented, and have a strong understanding of CCP routines and athlete development.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience with XCEL and/or Compulsory teams
- Minimum NCCP Comp 1 trained/certified or willingness to obtain as required
- Working knowledge of CCP rules, routines, and skill progressions
- Strong spotting ability and focus on safety
- Lesson planning
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about working with young athletes
- Respect in Sport certification
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Background check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
