Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Set up, load, and unload materials and products as required
- Feed raw materials into machinery and monitor production processes
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Lift, move, and handle materials and finished products throughout the shift
- Perform other general production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding production position. Candidates must be comfortable with heavy lifting, repetitive movements, prolonged standing, and handling materials and products throughout the workday.
