Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring their comfort during appointments.
- Assist with front desk operations, including booking appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care and maintenance.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings.
