As a member of our ServiceNow team we have a new opening for a ServiceNow Delivery Specialist. The primary objective of the position is to design, develop and implement solutions within the Now platform that underpin the ITSM, business, compliance, risk and security processes internally in Deloitte. The role sits within the Service Enablement Team and is tasked with delivering solutions that integrate various enterprise systems in a hybrid cloud environment. Our team provides solutions across the entire ServiceNow platform which gives you the opportunity to grow your skillsets.

Work you'll do:
The ServiceNow Delivery Specialist is tasked with working as part of a delivery team that integrate various enterprise systems in a hybrid cloud environment. This opportunity requires advanced implementation and development skills within the ServiceNow platform that enable the individual to deliver a high level of service to meet the expectations of the business. This role will focus on implementations within the ServiceNow suites, however previous experience in other areas of the platform will help you as a candidate be successful once trained in these newer applications if there is relevant work experience.
In this interesting and diverse role, you’ll perform development roles within a diverse team to meet needs across the ServiceNow platform including opportunities in areas within ITSM, Security Operations, IT Business Management and Governance, Risk & Compliance
You’ll use or develop skills in a wide variety of new and emerging technical areas to meet our needs in a globally distributed environment
As part of a broader ServiceNow Implementation team you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of other initiatives as a contributor or leader in the areas integrations and development depending on the work available and your areas of interest

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow
XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and HTML/CSS
development life cycle:
- Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP and REST
- Understanding and willingness to participate in the full software
Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and
promotion into Production
- Experience working with matrix management and tight timelines for
- Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including
managing the overall security of the platform, configuring Service
Level Agreements (SLAs), developing workflows, business rules, UI
pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of
all other existing solutions requiring revisions
- Developing, designing, configuring and rollout of new application
modules, workflows and catalog requests
- Exposure to automation technologies to accomplish IT Infrastructure
management activities, IT Security Operations, such as vulnerability
patch deployment, threat identification by utilizing ServiceNow or
third-party Orchestration tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels within
- Good understanding of risk & compliance is an asset for the
candidate including processes such as internal audit, compliance to
industry standards and security frameworks
- ServiceNow System Administration or Certified Implementation
- ITIL Foundations or Expert Level certification is an asset
- Prior experience in a matrix management style organization
- Experience in the Now platform outside of ITSM
