This Opportunity
RDM Lawyers LLP requires a lawyer to join our growing solicitor's team, with an emphasis on business law. 2 -7 years of experience is preferred.
The successful candidate will advise clients in a variety of corporate transactions including initial incorporations, reorganizations, leases, asset/share transactions, commercial purchases and sales as well as a variety of contract drafting.
