Keltic Clothing is looking for a salesperson that enjoys helping people and can sell premium branded clothing to provide the best value for our customers.
We need a person that enjoys helping people and engaging with them to the point you can help them with their buying decision.
We need a person that likes to learn about our clothing brands, including the technical details to help match the right product to the customer’s work environment.
We offer extensive training to develop your sales skills, product knowledge and Customer Care program.
We want you to enjoy your work and to fully engage with our customers to help create an exceptional shopping experience to help our team to be number one in customer service.
Scope:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products sold by Keltic.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issue related to product selection or usage.
- Assist with merchandising efforts, including arranging products on the sales floor, replenishing stock, and maintaining visual standards to showcase merchandise effectively.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor product levels and assist with inventory management.
- Stay informed on new products, updates, sale strategies and company policies through ongoing training sessions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stay informed about new product releases and industry trends.
- Ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
- Patience, empathy and a customer centric approach to problem solving.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, customer needs, and business demands in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
