Scotty Bons Caribbean Grill is one of the fastest-growing Caribbean brands in the GTA, and our Scarborough kitchen is hiring. We're mainly looking for strong back-of-house crew — prep, line, and grill — plus front-of-house team members who bring energy to the counter. If you take food seriously and thrive in a busy kitchen, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do:
- Prep, cook, and plate authentic Caribbean dishes to our standards
- Keep the line moving fast during rushes without cutting corners
- Follow food-safety, portioning, and quality standards on every order
- Keep your station and the store clean, stocked, and ready
- Jump in on front of house when needed — serving guests and building orders
What we're looking for:
- Kitchen or prep experience preferred (we'll train the right person)
- Speed, hustle, and attention to detail under pressure
- A team-first attitude and reliability
- Comfortable on your feet in a fast-paced environment
