As we continue to grow, we are seeking Associate Dentists to join our teams in Guelph and Brantford.
Position Summary
We are looking for experienced, compassionate, and patient-focused Associate Dentists who are committed to providing excellent general dentistry and building lasting relationships with patients.
The successful candidates will have a minimum of three years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to practice in a collaborative environment that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical care, including restorative, preventive, endodontic, and basic surgical services.
- Diagnose oral health conditions and present treatment plans clearly, confidently, and ethically.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in our paperless practice management system.
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Participate in practice-wide quality assurance, infection prevention, and continuing education initiatives.
- Stay current with evolving evidence-based approaches and advancements in dentistry.
- Contribute to community outreach programs and represent Paisley Dental at local events and initiatives.
- Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).
- Minimum three (3) years of Canadian clinical experience practicing general dentistry.
- Professional liability insurance through CDSPI or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to dentistry.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Experience with digital radiography, and intraoral scanners.
- Experience with Invisalign (considered an asset).
- A commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based care.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute positively to team culture.
The following would also be considered assets:
- Ability to communicate in Polish.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
- Familiarity with Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT).
- Advanced training, certification, or special interests in areas such as endodontics, oral surgery, implant dentistry, prosthodontics, or other clinical disciplines that complement a general dentistry practice.

- Remuneration: 40% of collected production (lab fees deducted).
