Job Summary
We are seeking two (2) compassionate and dedicated Part Time Personal Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in the clients home. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living space of clients.
- Support clients with daily activities and encourage independence as much as possible.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or senior care is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of caregiving principles and practices.
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean environment for clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor when interacting with clients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess strong organizational skills.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is mandatory.
- Reliable transportation is mandatory

Pay: From $21.90 per hour
