SUMMARY
The FAS Cloud Support Specialist provides end-user support in identifying and resolving Oracle Fusion Cloud Invoicing, Payables, and Procurement issues. The role supports system changes, data loads, integrations, testing, reporting, access controls, and audit requirements, working with business users, internal IT teams, and vendors as required.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems Support
- Supports Oracle Fusion Cloud users, including provisioning roles and data access to approved users based on established access policies.
- Analyzes and defines user-specific information requirements in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payables and Procurement.
- Shares knowledge and provides day-to-day guidance to end users and other FAS team members.
- Works with the business to manage demand and the backlog for IT changes.
- Works with IT analysts and developers to track change request progress.
- Supports Oracle Fusion Cloud enhancements and process improvements.
- Converts business functional requirements into change-management documents and manages the lifecycle of change requests.
- Works with functional analysts and super-users to identify gaps and explore resolution options.
- Manages Oracle Cloud Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS) scheduled processes and reports.
- Monitors scheduled-process output, errors, and reprocessing.
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves Oracle Fusion Cloud Invoicing, Payables, and Procurement issues.
- Escalates issues and works with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve them where required.
- Supports quarterly Oracle Cloud user-access reviews and related SOX and audit-evidence requests.
- Supports single sign-on, user-account, and multifactor authentication-related access issues, escalating to IT Security where required.
- Monitors, at a high level, integrations feeding Oracle Fusion Cloud, including SnapLogic jobs and upstream EBS and RealSuite data, and escalates failures to the appropriate technical team.
- Monitors incidents to ensure timely resolution in accordance with service-level agreements.
- Logs issue and resolution details in the IT support system.
- Maintains documentation and prepares reports for audit support.
- Provides end-user training on Oracle application modules.
- Supports system configuration and setup across Financials Common, Project Financials, Procurement, and Payables.
- Supports Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, including release-note reviews, UAT, testing of new functionality, and training.
Testing and Quality Assurance
- Writes test scripts and sets up test data for unit and system-integration testing, including regression testing for Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
- Supports user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to improve system usability and process efficiency.
Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Community college diploma or university degree in an IT-related field, preferably with 1–3 years of demonstrated experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payables and Procurement is an asset. Basic working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite as the upstream source system is required.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies is an asset.
- Experience with PlanetPress, Microsoft Access, and Visual Basic Applications (VBA) is an asset.
- Ability to build and run application reports and queries using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and learn new information management systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, investigative, and resolution skills.
- Effective communication skills, sound judgment, and a high degree of customer service orientation.

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $61,850 - $77,313 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education, professional designations and performance related to this role.
