Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant Office of the CEO support our day-to-day business activities. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly across departments, ensuring communication flows efficiently, and supporting management with administrative and organizational tasks.
This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask are key.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and maintain organized filing systems
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and database management
- Basic Bookkeeping entries.
- General knowledge of ERP systems.
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding paperwork or attendance tracking
- Coordinate internal and external communication
- Greet visitors and provide general support to staff and management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s preferred)
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Skills
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Google Workspace)
- Using ERP a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
- Customer service experience
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
