Job Overview
One of our client is currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment & Small Engine Technician to join our team at our Napanee location. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment and small engine machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and small engine equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and engine-related issues.
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Identify equipment problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a heavy equipment mechanic, small engine technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment repair.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience working with various tools and repair equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
