Epoxy Floor Coating Technician – Crew Lead | Kelowna, BC
$28–$40/hr | You bring the trade experience, we bring the work
Full-time | Mon–Fri + occasional Saturdays | Local only — home every night | Company vehicle included
This role is not for someone learning the trade.
We install epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coating systems for homeowners across Kelowna and the Okanagan. We run tight, clean jobsites with a repeatable process and a high bar for finish quality.
We're hiring one experienced technician who can lead a crew. If you've mixed and applied 2-part coating systems, run a grinder, and managed a jobsite — we want to hear from you. You'll get full onboarding on our specific products and systems. The hands-on foundation is on you.
What the job actually looks like
- Leading a 2–3 person crew from setup to final inspection
- Surface prep: diamond grinding, crack repair, moisture checks
- Mixing and applying 2-part epoxy and polyaspartic systems (primer, broadcast, scrape, topcoat)
- Keeping homeowners informed and comfortable on-site
- Holding quality standards on every install — no shortcuts
- Local travel across Kelowna and the Okanagan — home every night
You're the right fit if
- You have direct, hands-on epoxy or polyaspartic floor coating experience — this is a hard requirement
- You've done concrete surface prep: grinding, crack repair, moisture mitigation
- You've led or mentored others on a jobsite
- You hold a valid Canadian driver's license and are eligible to work in Canada
- You take pride in finish quality and leave sites cleaner than you found them
- Painting, flooring, or concrete finishing backgrounds are relevant — but be specific about exactly what you have and haven't done
What we offer
- $28–$40/hr — the rate reflects what you actually know
- Performance-based raises with a clear path
- Company vehicle provided for work travel
- Tools and uniforms provided
- Paid onboarding on our products and systems
- Consistent, local work — no overnight travel
- Small crew — you work directly with the owners and decisions get made fast
- Company events and on-site parking
