Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at All Seasons Insurance Brokerage Inc. As a key member of our brokerage, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to personal and commercial insurance products.
- Handle client requests for policy changes, renewals, and claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on insurance coverage options and recommend suitable policies.
- Maintain up-to-date client files and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with underwriters, adjusters, and other team members to resolve complex issues.
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and new business with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with all brokerage procedures and RIBO requirements.
- Continuously build and nurture positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Mandatory Requirements:
- RIBO license in good standing (please do not apply if you do not have this qualification).
- 2-3 years of experience working in a brokerage setting, specifically in customer service (if you do not meet this requirement, we kindly ask you not to apply).
- Experience with SIG and EPIC broker management systems is required (please do not apply if you lack this experience).
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage options, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with commercial insurance.
- Knowledge of various insurance software systems.
- Bilingual abilities are an asset.
