Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing tailored IT solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate our IT solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions are tailored to client specifications.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively articulate technical concepts.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
