Ø Inspect and validate the condition of trailers and product during delivery or shipment.
Ø Unload all types of products from any type of trailer.
Ø Validate the goods received with the delivery slip (packing slip/BOL).
Ø Coordinate with Quality Control Department for Incoming Material Release.
Ø Receive the purchase order in the system (Syman and Vision).
Ø Provide support and assistance in following up on material rejections and managing the non-conforming material program.
Ø Operate Forklift (and other Material Handling equipment) in a safe manner.
Ø Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
Ø Coordinate with accounting department to follow through daily receiving reports.
Ø Complete Put Away tasks promptly and within the designated timeframe.
Ø Follow up with all delivery appointment requests from our supplier/carrier.
Ø Fulfill material requirements on production floor and remove overs from press area.
Ø Perform Cycle Count and generate Cycle Count Reports.
Ø Follow SOP/CSP’s, GMP documentation practices and other procedures.
Perform other duties as needed.
