Job Summary:
We are seeking a Skilled Hardscaper to join our team. As a Hardscaper, you will be responsible for constructing and installing various hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces from start to finish. This is a hands-on position that requires expertise in grading, stone/ tile laying, carpentry, concrete finishing, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. Winter work available within interior division for the properly qualified candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise crew and lead landscape jobs.
-Grade precisely and accordingly.
- Lay tiles and pavers with precision and attention to detail
- Construct wooden structures such as pergolas and decks
- Pour and finish concrete pads/forms.
- Read and interpret schematics/drawings to ensure accurate construction.
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Proven experience in hardscaping or related field
- Proficiency in tile laying, carpentry, concrete finishing, and working with hand tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
