Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry-Level Office Administrative Coordinator & Collections Administrator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their administrative and customer service skills within a professional office environment. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, manage collections processes, and provide exceptional customer support, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Support billing and collections activities, including follow-up on overdue accounts and processing payments using QuickBooks
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and organizing documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Support administrative functions related to medical or dental office operations, including appointment scheduling and patient record management if applicable
- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
Requirements
- Prior office experience or clerical experience preferred; familiarity with medical or dental office environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is desirable
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document management
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while providing exceptional customer support
- Good typing speed and accuracy; familiarity with filing systems and administrative procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with good phone etiquette and customer service orientation

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
