Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly in their neighborhoods to promote and sell our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as well as experience in sales or marketing environments. Duties
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with their interests.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Engage in telemarketing activities to supplement direct sales efforts when appropriate.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure ongoing engagement and support business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and gather market feedback.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or inside sales environments preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to listen actively and respond professionally.

Pay: $4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
