Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Construction Subcontractors
We are seeking experienced carpenters and multi-skilled construction subcontractors to assist with custom home construction and residential renovations throughout the Cowichan Valley and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of residential construction tasks, including:
- Framing
- Finishing carpentry
- Exterior construction and repairs
- General carpentry
- Small project completion and deficiency work
Applicants must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal subcontractor will:
- Operate their own registered business
- Be able to invoice us directly for their time and services
- Carry a minimum of $2 million in Liability Insurance
- Have their own truck and tools
- If you have your own employees - then a current and in good standing WCB account is required
