Role Overview:
As our Affiliate Program Outreach Specialist, you’ll engage with non-profit organizations, disability support groups, and schools to promote our affiliate program. Your outreach will drive awareness of BILLY Footwear within communities that value adaptive and inclusive solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about relationship-building and making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Outreach: Connect with non-profits, schools, and other organizations via email, calls, and LinkedIn to establish affiliate partnerships.
- CRM Management: Use HubSpot to track interactions and manage outreach.
- Communication: Clearly convey the BILLY Footwear story, our products, and our value to potential partners.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: CAD 20–28 per hour.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Background in sales, affiliate programs, or outreach; familiarity with the non-profit or education sectors is a plus.
- Skills: Strong English communication skills, experience with LinkedIn, and proficiency with CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, culturally aware, and committed to creating positive change.
