Key is looking for a temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk. We are looking for someone who has great customer service skills and can become a committed member of our team, and ideally someone who is fluent in written and spoken French. The AR Clerk is responsible for answering inbound calls, taking payments and managing customer concerns and is held accountable for reducing delinquency of assigned accounts as well as assisting with other duties as necessary to support the AR team.
What you need to be successful:
1 years' experience working in a Credit and/or Accounts Receivable role preferred
Experience with B2B collections preferable experience with sub-agents
Basic working knowledge of Accounting principles
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with a current ERP system
Effective and persuasive written and oral communicator
Strong attention to detail and goal oriented
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Ideally, fluent in written and spoken French
Ability to maintain confidentiality
