Team
As Compactica’s first marketing hire, your mission is to generate high-quality leads through tailored, targeted outreach. You’ll focus on connecting with the right clients, “warming them up” for the sales team, and helping increase closing rates. By focusing on strategic, personalized marketing tactics, you will set the stage for Compactica’s growth in the geotechnical sector.
Role Specific Details
We are looking for an experienced marketer who has 4+ years of experience. In your role you will be:
- Client Targeting & Outreach: Research, identify, and reach out to high-potential clients within the geotechnical and construction fields. Your approach will prioritize quality over quantity.
- Lead Nurturing: Craft effective outreach strategies to engage potential clients, educate them on Compactica’s offerings, and cultivate relationships to hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Use analytics to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies and continuously improve client targeting and engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with sales representatives to develop seamless handoff processes, enhancing conversion rates and customer experience.
- Content Creation: Develop marketing content, presentations, and messaging to communicate Compactica’s unique value proposition in a way that resonates with target clients.
- Digital marketing: Conduct digital/social marketing as a channel of outreach to clients.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, construction technologies or other related fields.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and nurturing relationship to support sales teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of engaging clients in meaningful ways.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to refine marketing approaches and maximize impact.
- Experience in a startup or early-stage company is a plus.
