Ironhaul Truck Accessories is hiring a reliable and motivated team member to assist with both product installation and front-counter customer service.
This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the right candidate’s availability and experience. No trade certification is required. Training will be provided, and most installation tasks can be learned within the first one to two weeks.
Responsibilities
- Install truck accessories such as running boards, tonneau covers, fender flares, mud flaps, lighting and other products
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Assist customers at the front counter
- Answer phone calls and respond to basic product questions
- Prepare quotes, process sales and schedule installation appointments
- Receive, organize and prepare products for installation
- Keep the shop and work areas clean and organized
- Move between the sales counter and installation area depending on daily workload
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with basic hand and power tools
- Able to communicate professionally with customers
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable switching between hands-on work and customer service
- Valid driver’s licence
- Able to lift and carry automotive accessories when required
Automotive, retail, warehouse, construction or installation experience is an asset, but it is not required.
Schedule
- Part-time or full-time available
- Daytime shifts
- Saturday availability may be required
- Part-time candidates should be available for approximately three consistent shifts per week
Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Paid training
- Wage review based on performance and ability to work independently in both installation and sales support
