Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of various massage techniques and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every guest.
Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities
- Assess client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommended follow-up treatments
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance skills
Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and relaxing environment
- Strong communication skills for effectively understanding client needs and explaining treatment procedures
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs and maintain punctuality

Pay: $55.00-$92.00 per hour
