Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits
- Engage in retail sales by actively upselling complementary products and services
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain product details clearly and professionally
- Demonstrate proficiency in phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls
- Support store operations through inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, technical sales, or merchandising is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to the customer base
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and professionally
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of technology products or retail environments is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly
