QUALIFICATIONS:
§ One year full-time equivalent experience in the Developmental Services field.
§ A two-year College Diploma or Degree in Human Services.
§ Demonstrated ability to work independently
§ Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making competencies.
§ Proof of ongoing professional learning
§ Current and Valid Emergency First Aid, CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certifications are required.
§ Valid Class G Driver’s License and Acceptable Driver’s Abstract.
§ Access to a reliable vehicle and proof of valid vehicle insurance including passenger coverage.
§ Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening.
§ Relevant experience with intellectual disabilities.
§ Computer Literacy (Microsoft office, e-mail, internet).
SALARY: Hourly Wage Range – Step 1: $21.40 - Step 3: $22.10
Salary Range- 60hr position: $33,384.00-$34,476.00
