Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join the team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining the appearance of windows across commercial and residential properties, ensuring a spotless and streak-free finish. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in cleaning, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Clean windows on both interior and exterior surfaces using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools as needed
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to window cleaning, including removing debris and preparing surfaces for cleaning
- Apply safety procedures when working at heights or with heavy lifting equipment
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Communicate with clients or team members regarding specific cleaning requirements or safety concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper storage of tools and supplies after use
Experience
- Experience with heavy lifting and working at heights is necessary for exterior window cleaning tasks
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding client needs
