We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will support the delivery of high-quality dental care by assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient comfort, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Schedule:
A 4-day work week on a rotating basis (Monday and Friday alternate), plus two Saturdays per month.
Clinic hours:
- Monday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Thursday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
What You'll Do:
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control protocols
- Support chairside assisting with great attention to detail
- Engage with patients, building relationships and supporting patient education
- Work independently and proactively, without the need for close supervision
Requirements
- Valid license as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent credential
- Prior experience in dental assisting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
