As a Line Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent guest experience by preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, supporting team operations, and interacting positively with customers.
Responsibilities
- Work efficiently on the front line during service
- Prepare and handle food safely according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Provide friendly, engaging, and professional customer service
- Build positive relationships with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support teammates during busy periods
- Make quick and responsible decisions on the floor when needed
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction standards are met

- Someone lively, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, responsible, and proactive
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently when required
- Previous restaurant or fast food experience is an asset, but not required
