Part-Time Financial Planning & Analysis / Cash Flow Manager
Location: Diamond Valley, Alberta – On-site
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Financial Planning & Analysis / Cash Flow Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role will focus on project-based forecasting, cash flow planning, budgeting, and financial analysis to help support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain company and project-based cash flow forecasts
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Analyze project costs, trends, and variances
- Help identify financial risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain Excel-based reporting tools
- Ensure financial information is accurate, organized, and ties out
What We’re Looking For
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial modelling
- Experience with project-based financial analysis is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organized, consistent, and dependable
A CPA designation is not required. We are looking for someone with strong practical financial planning and analysis skills who can work collaboratively with our existing team.
This is a part-time, on-site position based in our Diamond Valley office, so local candidates or those comfortable commuting are preferred.
Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
