ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and growth-minded Brand Growth, Partnerships & Operations Coordinator to help support and grow multiple pet-focused brands and community initiatives under the Pawsitive Pawadise umbrella.
While marketing and content strategy are part of the position, this role also involves partnerships, community outreach, project coordination, ecommerce growth, website management, operational organization, and helping drive traffic, sales, community engagement, and long-term growth across multiple brands.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, staying organized, identifying opportunities, and helping small businesses grow.
The ideal candidate enjoys turning ideas into action, keeping projects moving, building systems, and helping create long-term growth across multiple brands.
This role will evolve over time as our brands continue to expand. We do not expect candidates to be experts in every area from day one. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, eager to learn, takes initiative, and enjoys being involved in a variety of projects.
ABOUT OUR BRANDS
Pawsitive Pawadise
Luxury boutique dog daycare and boarding focused on community, enrichment, and personalized care.
Second Paw
A pet reuse, resale, and donation initiative focused on reducing waste, helping pet parents, and supporting the local pet community.
Pawadise Moments
Pet photography, birthday parties, keepsakes, special events, and creative experiences for pets and their families.
WHAT YOU’LL HELP WITH
Partnerships & Community Growth
- Research potential community partnerships, donation partners, sponsors, and collaboration opportunities
- Help build relationships with local pet businesses, veterinary clinics, groomers, rescues, and community organizations
- Assist with outreach through email, phone calls, meetings, and networking
- Support the growth of Second Paw’s donation network and community presence
- Help identify opportunities for partnerships, events, collaborations, and community initiatives
- Help maintain and nurture existing partnerships through regular communication and follow-up
Brand Storytelling & Content Strategy
- Help communicate the story and mission behind each brand
- Assist with content planning, campaigns, and growth initiatives
- Create and maintain content calendars across multiple brands
- Help ensure content aligns with business goals and brand values
- Work closely with our content creator to help guide content direction and storytelling
- Help translate ideas into clear marketing initiatives and campaigns
Shopify, Websites & Ecommerce
- Upload and organize products
- Assist with collections, product listings, and online merchandising
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Help update website content across multiple brands
- Assist with ecommerce growth, delivery logistics, and customer experience improvements
- Help drive traffic, engagement, donations, partnerships, and sales for the Second Paw online store and community initiative
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and customer experience
- Identify opportunities for website, conversion, and SEO improvements
Marketing, Advertising & Growth
- Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and other growth initiatives
- Help drive qualified traffic to websites, increase online sales, generate leads, and grow community engagement
- Support efforts to increase daycare bookings, Second Paw sales, donations, partnerships, and overall brand awareness
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, conversions, and key business metrics
- Research growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve results
- Help determine which initiatives are most likely to generate the greatest impact and return on investment
Project Coordination & Operations
- Help keep multiple projects organized and moving forward
- Build and maintain trackers, calendars, spreadsheets, workflows, and planning systems
- Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple brands
- Assist with launches, campaigns, and special projects
- Help identify operational improvements and opportunities for efficiency
- Track ongoing projects and provide regular progress updates
- Provide weekly project updates, priorities, recommendations, and next steps
Content & Creative Coordination
- Work alongside content creators, photographers, and other creative contributors to support brand goals
- Help develop content plans, campaign concepts, content calendars, and storytelling initiatives
- Provide strategic direction and guidance for content production across brands
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging, business objectives, and growth initiatives
- Help coordinate content needs for launches, campaigns, partnerships, and special projects
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Interest in marketing, partnerships, community building, ecommerce, and business growth
- Experience with Shopify, website management, ecommerce, or content management platforms is an asset
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, or digital marketing is an asset
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable around dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels
- Experience in startups, small businesses, or fast-paced environments is a strong asset

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
- Starting at $20/hour
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week to start
- Primarily weekday daytime hours
