Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Process, package, and label cannabis products to Health Canada standards
- Keep work area clean, safe, and audit-ready. Sanitize tools and equipment daily
- Prep materials and double-check packaging, labels, and batch records for 100% accuracy
- Follow SOPs and Good Production Practices. Safety and compliance are top priority
- Wear required PPE and work as a team to maintain smooth production flow
- Complete a variety of production and quality tasks. No two days are the same
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent required
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Role requires standing, bending, and moving throughout shift
- Comfortable wearing masks, respirators, and hearing protection
- Flexible to work overtime when needed
- Clear English reading and writing skills
- Reliable transportation required. Site is not on a bus route
- Must pass background check
- Production or cannabis experience is an asset. Training provided for the right candidate
