THE JOB:
- This is a hybrid role…part customer service and part estimating duties
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers
- Participate in advanced repair planning and amend estimates
Work with trained technicians to identified damage including structural, body, mechanical, electrical, paint, and interior
- Produce accurate estimates in a timely manner by verifying information diligently
- Maintain clear communication with clients and the body shop, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Complete and upload all required documentation and paperwork accurately
- Effectively document and communicate with insurance companies, including MPI
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times
- Utilize software programs
- Thrive in both team environments and individual initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication in the English language
2. Prior experience in automotive estimating, parts, or a related role
3. Must be familiar with all aspects of Auto Body repair
4. Valid class 5 license – and a clean driving record
5. Intelligent, responsible, punctual and committed to the position
6. Expresses self-control and maturity
