DelGate Logistics is looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support our growing fulfillment operation. This is an active floor position—not a desk-only supervisory role.
The successful candidate must be a skilled forklift operator and have previous experience working in a fulfillment or 3PL warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping activities
- Operate reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse associates
- Ensure customer orders and receiving tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate container unloading, palletizing and inventory placement
- Maintain accurate inventory and investigate discrepancies
- Use a warehouse management system to process and verify transactions
- Train employees on warehouse procedures, safety and equipment operation
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe facility
- Report operational issues, damages and delays to management
- Support the warehouse team wherever required during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a fulfillment, distribution or 3PL warehouse
- Strong forklift operating skills
- Valid forklift certification is preferred
- Experience with reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts
- Experience with order fulfillment, inventory control and container destuffing
- Comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of performing regular warehouse duties
- Reliable, organized and accountable

Pay: $19.59-$31.49 per hour
