Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, personable, and organized Receptionist/Greeter to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and help create a welcoming, premium dealership environment.
As a Receptionist/Greeter, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting daily administrative operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring every customer interaction, both in person and over the phone, is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
A Day In The Life…
- Greet all customers upon entry, assist, and guide them to the appropriate department or sales representative
- Answer basic questions regarding the dealership, such as business hours, services available, and facility locations.
- Ensure the front lobby and customer areas are neat, clean, and welcoming.
- Provide refreshments, reading materials, or other comforts to customers while they wait.
- Gather basic customer information (e.g., name, vehicle interest) and relay it to sales or service staff.
- Communicate effectively with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transitions and coordination of customer flow.
- Answer incoming calls during front desk staff breaks or absences, redirecting them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Report daily customer traffic, inquiries, and any relevant feedback to management.
- Assume general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
- Assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner and providing solutions as quickly as possible.
- Support administrative and special projects requirements, as assigned.
- Ensure safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives.

- Able to multitask and keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to identify and solve problems when they come up.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Follows safety and security procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to good attendance.
What We Require From You…
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
- 1+ years’ experience in an office setting or completion of an Office Administration course is an asset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Record of Conduct.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light physical tasks, and lift items up to 25 lbs.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: From $17.35 per hour
