We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Community Outreach & Business Development Coordinator to help grow our patient base and strengthen relationships within the community.
Position Summary
The Community Outreach & Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for promoting the clinic within Burlington and nearby cities through community engagement, networking, partnerships, events, and sponsorship opportunities. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys building relationships and is passionate about helping connect patients with quality dental care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community outreach initiatives to attract new patients.
- Visit local neighborhoods, businesses, community centers, and events to promote the clinic.
- Build relationships with schools, daycare centers, senior homes, sports organizations, community groups, and local businesses.
- Identify and secure sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate and attend health fairs, community events, school programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Generate referrals through networking and relationship-building activities.
- Represent the clinic professionally at community events and meetings.
- Distribute promotional materials and educate potential patients about clinic services.
- Track outreach activities, leads, and conversion results.
- Collaborate with management on marketing strategies and community engagement plans.
- Assist with social media and local marketing initiatives when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, community outreach, business development, marketing, or customer relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with individuals, businesses, and community organizations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical settings is considered an asset.
