About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Horticultural Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of what we do, helping maintain beautiful landscapes while upholding our standard of excellence on every job site.
Please note: a completed Horticulture Apprenticeship is required to apply for this position. Proof of completion must be included with your application to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including pruning, planting, weeding, and general site upkeep
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with irrigation system installation and repairs
- Support plant care activities to promote healthy growth and appearance
- Maintain tools and equipment to company standards
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Represent TNT Services Plus professionally when interacting with clients on site
What We're Looking For
- Completed Horticulture Apprenticeship (required -- proof of completion must be submitted with your application to be considered)
- Hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture
- Comfortable operating hand tools and power equipment
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a reliable team player
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license is an asset

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
